Our Approach

We work with you to engage key internal stakeholders including executive management, procurement, governance, legal, risk, operations, marketing and HR to form a Modern Slavery Working Group that drives your modern slavery risk management program.

We use our proprietary online Bridge the Gap platform to identify modern slavery risk management gaps and opportunities. By answering 22 questions across five business areas you generate a Modern Slavery Risk ‘Heatmap’ which forms the basis of the Action Planning process.

We facilitate a modern slavery action planning workshop either F2F or online to develop a 12-month action plan and three-year road map which includes actions, responsibilities, timeframes and deliverables. Include the action plan in your Modern Slavery Statement to demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.

We analyse your annual procurement spend to identify potential high-risk suppliers and help you prioritise these for additional due diligence. The output is a Modern Slavery supplier risk dashboard providing a snapshot of potential risk based on spend, supplier numbers and spend categories.

Using the information and outcomes from the above processes, we help prepare your draft Modern Slavery Statement using our leading practice statement template. We work collaboratively with your team to ensure your Statement addresses mandatory criteria, ensuring Board approval.
